• Automatic control -- The Honeywell AutoCalc has a computer that senses how often your furnace runs, and factors demand knowing that the colder it gets outside, the more the furnace runs, thus humidity will be controlled proportionately. (Effectively accomplishes the same thing as Aprilaire's outside sensing bulb. Sensing bulb not included.) Continuous flushing reduces the frequency of maintenance in a hard water installation.
• The Honeywell Automatic Model HE225B bypass humidifier is fully automatic and offers the flexibility of easy installation on either the warm-air supply or cold-air return of any forced air furnace.
• Humidity Regulation The HE225B provides truly automatic humidity regulation through Honeywell's HumidiCalc+ software.
• The HE225B has an evaporation capacity of 12.0 gallons per day at 120 degree plenum temperature.
• The HE225B comes equipped with a HeatlhShield water panel which prevents the surface growth and migration of bacteria, mold, fungus and algae on the humidifier water panel.
• The humidified air mixes with the return air from the house and is forced back into the living area. Uniform, accurately controlled humidity levels are maintained automatically.
