Jim Streck, Vice President of Commercial Sales
Jim started with Detmer and Sons, Inc. in 1984. Originally an installer, Jim now oversees field operations throughout the company.Click here to email Jim
Eric Detmer, Vice President of Operations
Eric has been with Detmer and Sons, Inc. since graduating from The University of Findlay in 2001. Today, Eric oversees most of the in-house operations such as advertising, accounting, and human resources.Click here to email Eric
Terry Isfalt, Service Manager
Terry joined the Detmer and Sons, Inc. team back in 1989. Originally a service technician, Terry has since been promoted to Service Manager. Terry oversees all aspects of the service department, including both the Residential and Commercial Planned Maintenance Programs.Click here to email Terry
Ron Jaros, Commercial Installation Manager
Ron joined the Detmer and Sons family back in June of 2003. Ron has quickly worked his way through the ranks of the installation department. Ron currently oversees all commercial installation projects.Click here to email Ron
Mike Mastin, Residential Sales Manager
Mike joined the Detmer and Sons family back in December of 2008. Mike has over 20 years of management and 30 years of HVAC experience. Mike will oversee all residential sales and installations for the Dayton division.Click here to email Mike
Terry Scheper, Office Manager
Terry started out with Detmer and Sons, Inc. as a part time and short term position back in 1994. After much convincing she became a permanent member of our team. Today, Terry runs the front office operations, which includes dispatching and billing.Click here to email Terry
Kenny Streck, CAD Design
Kenny has been with Detmer and Sons, Inc. since 2001. Originally, Kenny was a part time parts runner while he attended school. Since then he has become an installer and in charge of our CAD Designs for both our residential and commercial projects.Click here to email Kenny
